Covid 19 Procedures

Check in at the Claymore

Check In

You will be asked in advance if you wish to do self-check in via video or a meet and greet. An electronic registration form will be sent to you, either before or just after arrival.

On entering the building we ask you to sanitise your hands.

Bedrooms

All rooms will be sanitised and deep cleaned before your arrival and in order to respect your safety and that of our staff, housekeeping services will not be offered for stays 3 nights or less. A replenish request form will be in your room for the items that the housekeepers would normally leave. Should you wish any cleaning products to be left in the room just let me know.

Staff Training

Ourselves and our staff have undertaking additional covid training in preparation for the new 'normal'.

All staff will wear the appropriate PPE as prescribed by government regulation. We will of course be washing our hands regularly and carrying out regular sanitation of high touch areas.
